- Internal and external refurbishment works within Southampton International Airport - £200,000
- External improvements project, Lovers Walk - University of Southampton - £140,000
- Kirton substation live compound extension project for Western Power Distribution - £130,000
- Gunwharf Quays external improvements project - Land Securities - £140,000
