After quickly outgrowing their new premises, Oldham Seals Ltd (OSG) decided to construct a new 6000sq.ft industrial unit on their site in the heart of Chichester, West Sussex. We are pleased that after another competitive tendering period we have been selected as the main contractor to deliver these works.
Our works involve the construction of a new single storey light industrial building with associated offices. The new facility will be a practical building that is fully flexible to change with OSG's ongoing needs and requirements.
The new facility will provide:
- Warehouse space
- Offices
- WC's
- Kitchenette
- External Improvements - soft & hard landscaping
- New electrical incoming services
Works are due to commence on site shortly.
